If you have been following this blog for a while you probably already know that everyone in our family loves mushrooms. So it is not a big surprise that mushrooms are the most popular topping for our home-made pizza. Those of you who are intimidated by a prospect of competing with the local take-away will be surprised how easy it is to make your very own pizza and how much fun you and the kids will have in the kitchen. You will also save a few dollars by making your own food and boost your family nutrition by adding as many different vegetables as you want!
Here are the steps:
1. We preheated the oven to F350.
6. The pizza was baking in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. We served it with sauteed broccoli rabe and plan to use the leftovers for lunches next week.
