Did you know what is the easiest finger food for baby that the whole family can enjoy as well? Well, roasted vegetables of course.

This recipe takes only minutes to prepare and it is a safe and nutritious option for the baby. The texture of roasted vegetables should be similar to a ripe avocado, so you can squish it between fingers without applying a lot of pressure.

Store the leftovers for 2-3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to one month.
