Are you against kids eating sugar?
No, I am against scary myths surrounding sugar. My goal is to share research based facts and tools parents can use to be confident around sweets, candy and desserts.
What are the research based methods you are talking about?
Research shows that kids who feel overly restricted tend to seek their favorite foods in situations where parents cannot control them. But in families where parents use structure around eating palatable foods, kids tend to eat less sugar and avoid eating for emotional reasons in the future.
