Kids and Sweets

mini course

Manage the sweet avalanche, help kids limit sugar naturally and grow up with a healthy relationship with all types of food.

Who is this course for?

You are a parent who is confused about the scary sugar stories you read online.

You want to learn the science and facts behind sugar and its effect on kids’ bodies.

You also need to find a way to limit the sugar your child is eating without overly restricting it, at home and at parties.

You are busy and do not have time to watch hours of videos or read a book.

I got a solution

I created this mini-course to help busy parents to create and implement a research-based and practical solution to manage sugar without overly restricting or creating issues around sweets.

The course includes:

  •  4 short videos (45 min all together)
  • a handout with all the links (including research)
  • a curated collection of low sugar recipes
  • exact age-specific phrases to use in conversations with kids
  • access to a closed support group on Facebook, with weekly live Q&As

Love this mini course! Took me less than an hour to complete and now I feel like I know exactly what to do when we have a candy challenge!

Natalia, this is exactly what I needed! No fear mongering, just practical steps. We tried this method with our two kids last night and it works! They both chose to eat their rice and green beans first.

About Natalia

I am a registered dietitian, specializing in child nutrition. I have a Master’s degree in Nutrition and have been working with kids and families for the last decade.

My passion is helping busy parents so their kids get the best nutrition and build a great relationship with food.

I believe that in order to improve the health of our future generations every family should have access to the best advice on feeding children. It has to be practical, easy to follow and focus on building confidence in parents instead of triggering panic, guilt, and shame.

I started specializing in child nutrition because, as someone who is obsessed with food, it was all I could think about after I started having kids. Feeding kids is what I’ve been studying, researching, writing and speaking about for the last 10 years. I worked with hundreds of families privately, through federal programs, via my online classes and privately.

The best part of my job? Helping raise confident, balanced eaters!

After you purchase the course, you get access to it for life, including all the future updates, new recipes, etc.

Are you against kids eating sugar?

No, I am against scary myths surrounding sugar. My goal is to share research based facts and tools parents can use to be confident around sweets, candy and desserts.

What are the research based methods you are talking about?

Research shows that kids who feel overly restricted tend to seek their favorite foods in situations where parents cannot control them. But in families where parents use structure around eating palatable foods, kids tend to eat less sugar and avoid eating for emotional reasons in the future.

What if I have a question?

As soon as you join the class, you will get access to our closed Facebook group, where I will be personally responding to your questions in comments and also in weekly Q&As.

I am still not sure… What else have you got?

I spent months researching, writing and recipe testing to create this resource for you. Then I collected feedback from other child feeding experts and parents and used it to make it even more useful and practical. But if you think it is not a good match for you, it would not feel right to me to keep your money.

Just drop me an email within 30 days of purchase and I will refund it 100%, no questions asked.
